KYIV, July 2 – The National Commission for Communications and Information Technology Regulation (NCCR) has published the approximate schedule of the introduction the mobile number portability (MNP) services in mobile communications networks, offering its launch from May 1, 2019. Three months of the test period will precede the launch of the service.

The regulator said on its website on June 26 that the plan was approved at a meeting held in June with participation of the Telas association of communications operators, mobile communications operators and the Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies (UCRF), which is the manager of the centralized MNP database.
