KYIV, June 26 – Ukraine may create effective organ transplant system, a leading global expert in the organ transplant sphere, Cardiothoracic Surgeon in Chennai (India), Dr Balakrishnan Komarakshi Rajagopalan said.

"I do not see reasons why organ transplant cannot be developed in Ukraine. We have wonderful doctors and wonderful cardiothoracic surgeons. I do not see any reason why the full-featured organ transplant system should not develop in the developed sphere of medicine in the country," he told reporters.
