KIEV, June 14 ??“ Ukraine will seek to start direct imports of natural gas from Turkmenistan in the second half of the year, Energy Minister Ivan Plachkov said Wednesday.

Turkmenistan, Ukraine??™s biggest source of gas for years, suspended the deliveries in January, apparently due to a dispute over debts for earlier gas supplies.
