KIEV, June 14 ??“ Ukrtelekom, Ukraine??™s national phone company, will develop third-generation cell phone network and will try to boost broadband Internet access as key ways to increase its capitalization, the company said.

Ukrtelekom, the first company in Ukraine to obtain a 3G network license from the government, plans to run a test of the new network later this year.
