KIEV, June 13 ??“ Tekt Group, a Ukrainian investment company, will soon complete acquisition of Rosinka, a major non-alcoholic beverage producer, in order to resell the assets to strategic investor by October, a company official said.

Vadym Hryb, the head of Tekt Group, said the company had been considering merging Rosinka with undisclosed similar assets in Ukraine??™s western regions to create a major player on the beverage market.
