KYIV, May 21 – The number of investment deals with Ukrainian innovative companies grew by 2.3% in 2017, to 89 compared with 2016.

According to a report of the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (UVCA), total investment in 2017 was $259 million, which is almost three times more than in 2016.

According to the report, first the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Overview 2017 covered two additional trends: private equity (PE) investments and ICO (Initial Coin Offering).
