KYIV, May 15 – The national energy company Naftogaz Ukrayiny has not been importing natural gas under the contract with Russia's Gazprom for 900 days – since November 26, 2015, buying gas only on the western border of the country.

"Today 900 days has passed from that historic moment when Ukraine started using an opportunity of not importing gas from Russia," public joint-stock company Ukrtransgaz said.
