KYIV, April 27 – The state rail company Ukrzaliznytsia is mulling a new eurobond issue linked to the hryvnia by the end of this year and has already received approvals from ministries to issue domestic bonds for a total of UAH 2 billion, the company said.
"The new issue of eurobonds [linked to the hryvnia] is as follows: the volume is from UAH 500 million to UAH 1 billion, the term is from three to five years ... The company plans to borrow UAH 18.7 billion in 2018," the report said.
