THE HAGUE, June 8 - Ukraine and the Netherlands agreed on Thursday to cooperate on the UN Framework Convention on climate change and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions within the Kyoto Protocol.

The memorandum, signed by Foreign Minister Boris Tarasiuk and Dutch Deputy Prime Minister Laurens Jan Brinkhorst, will help Ukraine to receive investments to introduce new technologies, the presidential press service said.
