KYIV, April 26 – VR Capital Group seeks to acquire 50% of Matlomenius Holdings Ltd, which owns private company PodilskEnergo that is building a solar power plant with a capacity of 60 MW.

Matlomenius is owned by ICU Investment Group, owned by Makar Paseniuk and Kostiantyn Stetsenko, former business partners of President Petro Poroshenko.

VR Capital Group is acquiring the asset via Cyprus-based Wiltan Enterprises Limited, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC).
