KIEV, June 6 ??“ Russian oil major Lukoil warned on Tuesday it may stop its petrochemical complex in Ukraine after the government had allegedly failed to reimburse value added tax payments to the company.

The warning is the latest in the battle between Lukoil and the State Property Fund over ownership in Karpatnaftokhim Ltd, the complex in which Lukoil??™s stake gad increased after a controversial transaction.
