KYIV, March 29 – The Justice Ministry will sign a contract with Hogan Lovells International LLP law firm to assist in proceedings under a lawsuit filed by minority shareholders of oil producer Ukrnafta against Ukraine seeking to collect $5.4 billion.
The ministry said in the ProZorro e-procurement system that the cost of services to be provided by Hogan Lovells will be $2.754 million.
As reported, the minority shareholders of PJSC Ukrnafta (Cypriot-based Littop Enterprises, Bridgemont Ventures, Bordo Management) in June 2015 filed a lawsuit to the Stockholm arbitration against the state of Ukraine.
