KYIV, March 26 - The aggregate state and state-guaranteed debt of Ukraine in February 2018 increased by 0.85%, or by $650 million, to $76.7 billion, according to the website of the Ministry of Finance.
In the national currency, the national debt fell by 2.97%, or by UAH 63.24 billion, to UAH 2.069 trillion.
"The reduction in public and publicly guaranteed debt in hryvnias in February was mainly due to the difference in the exchange rates at the end of the reporting period compared to the previous one, as well as due to debt repayment to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the 2014 stand-by program," the report says.
