KYIV, March 14 – Ukraine’s biggest poultry maker Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) is holding talks over acquiring the loss-making French poultry producer Doux Group, MHP told Interfax-Ukraine.

"Today MHP is only holding talks with Doux. The final decision has not yet been made," the company said, commenting on information about the MHP's interest in the acquisition.

MHP on March 9 filed documents to the industry restructuring committee of France for the restoration of Doux Group suffering economic difficulties.
