KYIV, March 12 – Ukraine will delay design of its advanced short-range ballistic missile system Hrim due to financial and technological difficulties, Pavlo Dehtiarenko, the head of the State Space Agency of Ukraine, said.

The system, which is designed by the Pivdenne Design Bureau for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, will probably be delivered for tests by the end of 2019.
