MOSCOW, May 31 ??“ Ukraine may need five years and $150 million to complete the tests of the An-70 to start selling the aircraft, Interfax-Military News Agency reported Wednesday citing an official at the Russian Air Force Staff.

This come as Russian Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov announced earlier this week that Russia had decided to withdraw from the project.
