KYIV, Feb 13 – The European Union does not designate Ukraine as a migration risk country due to measures taken to curb illegal migration, head of Ukraine's State Border Guard Service Petro Tsyhykal has said.

"After all, there are fewer of such people [illegal migrants] from our side of the border - we are doing a lot of work to contain this illegal migration, including along the Russian border stretch. A large number of measures are being introduced along that stretch - both along the demarcation line and on the border. [They include] engineering work and manning," Tsyhykal said in an interview with Channel 5 on Tuesday.
