KYIV, Feb 13 – The Cabinet of Ministers has posted on the government portal the resolution on establishing state-owned enterprise National Coal Company, which will bring together the majority of public sector assets.

"Setting up a new state-owned enterprise will allow optimizing the structure of coal mines by creating a single legal entity, concentrating manpower and material resources, reaching their high efficiency and ensuring the publicity and transparency of mining enterprises," the explanation note to resolution No. 1019-r dated December 6, 2017 reads.
