KYIV, Feb. 5 - Despite being at the peak of the winter season, the Slovak-Ukrainian gas pipeline Vojany - Uzhgorod is only operating at half capacity, the Slovak Spectator reported.

Ukraine imported 19 million cubic meters of natural gas per day in January via Slovakia, which is about 2 million cubic meters lower than in December, according to Eustream, the Slovak gas transmitter and operator of the Vojany – Uzhgorod pipeline.
