KYIV, Dec 18 - Farmers may hold a rally in Kyiv on Thursday demanding the return of VAT refunds for exports of oilseeds and leaving the state support system in the form of VAT quasi-accumulation.

"Today a preventive action has been held to block the roads, it lasted about 2-3 hours, but it will grow into a rally that will last tomorrow, if we are not heard. The government quarter will be blocked on Thursday," Chairman of the Agrarian Union of Ukraine Hennadiy Novikov said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine.
