KYIV, Dec 11 - The total debt of the population, enterprises and institutions for heating and hot water to Kyivenergo as of December 1, 2017 was UAH 4 billion.

According to Director of Kyiv Energy Supply Company Andriy Taliar, the total debt of the population for heating and hot water in Kyiv is about UAH 3 billion.
