KYIV, Dec 1 – President Petro Poroshenko, in response to growing complaints from businesses about the shortage of staff, suggests raising wages and increasing efficiency.

"The cost of labor begins to grow: these are the positive consequences of reforms, of the opening of borders and of the European choice... Please, pay more to the workers!" he said at a meeting with the European Business Association (EBA), the American Chamber of Commerce and the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs.
