KYIV, Nov 27 – The 50th General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) will be held in Kyiv on November 28-30.

The plenary session of the PABSEC General Assembly will be opened by Chairman of Ukrainian Parliament Andriy Parubiy, the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine reported on Monday.
