KYIV, Nov 24 - The Antimonopoly Committee (AMC) has permitted Cypriot Dragon Capital Investments Limited to acquire a stake in the charter capital of subsidiary Kray Property (Kyiv).

According to the AMC decision, the transaction will provide Dragon Capital with over 50% of the voting shares on the company's board.

Subsidiary Kray Property is a member of the Kray Group, established in 1999. The core business of the group is retail and wholesale trade in consumer goods, development and management of commercial real estate. The group includes the Kray supermarket chain, Krayina hypermarket and Magellan shopping centers.
