KIEV, May 22 ??“ Ukraine??™s Economy Ministry recently distributed unused 2005 quotas for metal supplies to the European Union between a number of Ukrainian steel companies, Deputy Economy Minister Volodymyr Hranovsky said.

The unused 2005 quotas of around 50,000 tons of rolled steel were distributed between 16 enterprises after the European Commission had agreed to transfer never used last year??™s quotas to 2006.
