KYIV, Nov 8 – The Cabinet of Ministers approved the attraction of a EUR 160 million loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the project to expand the Kharkiv subway.

The government made the decision without discussion at a government meeting on Wednesday.

According to the document, the Finance Ministry of Ukraine is to sign an agreement with municipal enterprise Kharkiv Metropoliten and Kharkiv City Council on the transfer of the loan.
