KYIV, Nov 6 - China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) in cooperation with Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has proposed to Ukraine to consider a possibility of completing reactor four of Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant (NPP) using their Hualong One (HPR-1000) technology, President of National Nuclear Generating Company Energoatom Yuriy Nedashkovsky has told reporters.

"They have arrived to propose their participation in the completion of reactors three and four [of Khmelnytsky NPP] under the so-called 1+1 formula. Reactor three is built using the VVER technology and reactor four – using their Chinese technology – Hualong reactor," he said.
