KYIV, Nov 2 – Ukraine in January-October increased natural gas imports by 49.6% compared to the same period in 2016, to 11.778 billion cubic meters, according to data from Ukrtransgaz.
According to calculations made by Interfax-Ukraine, in particular Ukraine in January-October 2017 imported 8.45 billion cubic meters of gas from Slovakia, 2.316 billion cubic meters from Hungary, and 1.012 billion cubic meters from Poland.
In October 2017 imports amounted to 1.073 billion cubic meters of gas, which is 30.5% less than in October 2016.
