KYIV, Nov 3 – Agrarian Fund bought about 258,000 metric tons of mineral fertilizers for UAH 1.6 billion from Ostchem companies owned by billionaire Dmytro Firtash, Agrarian Fund Board Chairman Andriy Radchenko.

"We paid UAH 1.6 billion for mineral fertilizers, including UAH 600 million of our idle cash, and the rest of the funds is a credit line from Ukrgasbank," he said.
