KYIV, Oct 31 - DTEK energy holding plans to increase coal production in Ukraine by 1.5-2 million tons in 2018, Dmytro Maliar, the first deputy commercial director of DTEK Energy, has said.

"This year we will increase production by 1.5-2 million tons, to 23 million tons ... We intend to try to repeat this growth next year," he said at the round table "Is the Ukrainian Energy System Ready for Autumn-Winter Peak Loads" at Interfax-Ukraine.
