KYIV, Oct 27 - The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued the affirmative preliminary determinations in the antidumping duty investigations of carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from Italy, Korea, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

According to a report of the International Trade Administration (ITA), the U.S. Department of Commerce on October 25, 2017 announced the affirmative preliminary determinations in the antidumping duty investigations from seven countries.
