KYIV, Oct 27 – Ukrainian billionaires Rinat Akhmetov, Victor Pinchuk and Kostiantyn Zhevago top the list of the richest Ukrainians, compiled by the Novoye Vremya magazine and the Dragon Capital investment company.

According to the ranking of the 100 richest Ukrainians, the fortune of Rinat Akhmetov, the sole stockholder of the largest Ukrainian holding SCM ($6.9 billion), grew by 68% over the year.
