KYIV, Oct 26 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny warned the European Commission on Thursday about the risk of natural gas supply disruptions after Gazprom had suddenly reduced pressure in pipelines, Naftogaz said in a statement.

The drop in pressure is surprising as Gazprom has been trying to increase Russian gas exports to Europe due to growing demand. The sudden drop of pressure may cause an explosion in the gas pipelines, disrupting gas supplies for weeks.
