KYIV, Oct 24 – Director General of Mykolaiv alumina plant LLC Dmytro Myrny told employees about the change of the owner of the enterprise: Switzerland's Glencore is acquiring the plant from Russia's RusAl.

"Soon we expect that managing specialists from Glencore will come to the plant. According to our information, RusAl is holding talks with Glencore on retaining of alumina supplies," the director said in an address published by the primary organization of trade union of the metal and mining industry of Ukraine.
