KIEV, May 17 - Ukraine lodged a counter-claim against Romania with the International Court of Justice in The Hague on the issue of the delimitation of the continental shelf and exclusive economic zones in the Black Sea.

Ukraine's Ambassador to the Netherlands, Oleksandr Kupchyshyn, filed Ukraine's claim at the UN International Court on May 16, the Foreign Ministry's press service reported.
