KIEV, Oct. 22 – Lawmakers will probably approve a hotly-disputed bill regarding the rebel-controlled eastern territories within the next few weeks, Parliamentary Speaker Andriy Parubiy said Sunday.

The bill, which was approved in the first reading on October 6, names Russia an aggressor responsible for the on-going war in Donetsk and Luhansk. Moscow criticized the bill and said it represent departure from peace agreements signed in Minsk.
