KYIV, Oct 19 - Coking plants in Ukraine imported 7.9 million tons of coking coal and coal concentrate in January-September 2017, which is 12% or 1 million tons down from a year ago.

The Ukrmetallurgprom association (Dnipro) told Interfax-Ukraine that in September 980,000 tons of coal was imported, 90,000 tons more than in August.
