KIEV, May 16 ??“ Nemiroff Holding, Ukraine??™s second largest vodka producer, plans to invest $30-35 million in the construction of a vodka plant in Russia, the company??™s top manager said.

"Perhaps, $35 million will be enough??¦ We'll build a plant similar to that in Ukraine," Yakov Gribov, a member of Nemiroff Holding's board of directors, said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday.
