KYIV, Oct 13 – The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) conducts a pre-trial investigation into Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan's putting unreliable information in his income declaration and has received the access to information about his phone talks over the period from December 1, 2016 to January 1, 2017.
According to a ruling by Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv put in the unified state register of judgments, NABU has been investigating criminal proceedings since May 26, 2017 into the declaration of unreliable information (Article 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and illegal enrichment (Part 3 of Art. 368-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) by Infrastructure Minister Omelyan.
