KIEV, May 17 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko appointed one of his toughest managers to oversee developments in Crimea, Ukraine??™s autonomous republic, after pro-Russian groups had won control over local Parliament and had pledged further reshuffling.
Henadiy Moskal, a top police general and a former governor of the Luhansk region, was appointed Wednesday as the presidential representative in Crimea, Yushchenko??™s press service said.
