KYIV, Oct 3 - Ukraine increased gas production by 3.1% (411.2 million cubic meters) in January-August 2017 year-on-year, to 13.743 billion cubic meters (bcm), the Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Ministry has told Interfax-Ukraine.

Naftogaz enterprises increased gas production by 2.3%, to 10.855 bcm, including 10.076 bcm by Ukrgazvydobuvannia, up 3.5%, while Ukrnafta reduced output by 10.9%, to 773.8 million cubic meters (mcm).
