KYIV, Sept 28 - Real wages in Ukraine in August 2017 increased by 17.2% compared to August 2016 and decreased by 3% compared to July 2017, the State Statistics Service has said.

The service said the average nominal wage of a full-time employee in August decreased by 3.1% compared to July 2017, in annual terms increased by 36.8%, amounting to UAH 7,114, while in July the figure stood at UAH 7,339, in June at UAH 7,360, May at UAH 6,840, April at UAH 6,659, March at UAH 6,752, February at UAH 6,209, and January at UAH 6,008.
