KYIV, Sept 5 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny may sign an agreement with KWM Europe LLP (London) to represent its interests in the London Court of International Arbitration on the lawsuit of the minority shareholders of Ukrnafta in the person of Cypriot Littop Enterprises, Bridgemont Ventures and Bordo Management.

According to a report in the ProZorro procurement system, the parties plan to sign a contract worth EUR 3 million. The term for providing legal services is until August 30, 2018.
