KIEV, May 11 ??“ The government on Thursday approved the financial plan for UkrZaliznytsia, the state-owned railroad company, forecasting net profits at 1.23 billion hryvnias in 2006, an official said.

The plan sees the company??™s revenue at 22.7 billion hryvnias, while spending is projected at 21.4 billion hryvnias, Transport and Communications Minister Viktor Bondar said.
