KYIV, Sept 4 - Ukraine has increased gas inventories in underground storage 83.9% or 6.796 billion cubic meters (bcm) since the end of the heating season, according to operational data from Ukrtransgaz.

The inventories amounted to 14.896 bcm on September 1, up from 8.1 bcm on March 22.

This is more than the gas stock when Ukraine started the heating season in 2016 (14.732 bcm as of October 12, 2016).
