KYIV, Sept 1 - One of the largest crop protection agent and seed producers in the world, Syngenta and ADAMA, after the merger with China National Chemical Corp. (ChemChina) would retain their business models in Ukraine.

"We have some competitive products in the portfolio. However, the business model of the two companies is known: Syngenta will remain Syngenta and ADAM will remain ADAMA. For example, in the pharmaceutical sector companies that sell generics and brand-name medicines calmly work on the market," Syngenta Director General in Ukraine Gebhard Rogenhofer said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
