KIEV, May 11 ??“ Nord Group, a major Ukrainian manufacturer of household appliances, is planning an IPO, Nord Group CEO Valentyn Landyk has said in an interview with the Business weekly newspaper.

The IPO plans were approved at a recent shareholder meeting. "I think that first we will enter the London Stock Exchange with 5% of our stocks," Landyk said.
