KYIV, Aug 31 – Ukraine seeks to borrow more than $650 million from Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), the U.S. Government's development finance institution to nuclear and wind power projects, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said Thursday.

Groysman has recently met Ray W. Washburne, the newly appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of OPIC, to discuss the investment cooperation.
