KYIV, Aug 29 – Real wages in Ukraine in July 2017 grew by 17.2% from July 2016 but decreased by 0.5% from June 2017, the State Statistics Service reported on Tuesday.

The average nominal salary of full-time employees in July 2017 declined by 0.3% compared to June 2017, while it grew by 36.6% compared to July 2016, to UAH 7,339 per month per person. It was UAH 7,360 in June, UAH 6,840 in May, UAH 6,659 in April, UAH 6,752 in March, UAH 6,209 in February, and UAH 6,008 in January, the agency said.
