KYIV, Aug 21 - The share of cashless payments using cards decreased from 38.4% as of late March to 38.1% as of late June, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has reported on its website.
According to the report, the share of cashless payments of total transactions using payment cards grew by 2.6 percentage point (p.p.).
The NBU said that the total number of transactions using payment cards issued by Ukrainian banks grew by 10% in Q2 2017 compared to Q1 2017, to 751 million, and their volume – by 13.3%, to UAH 482.599 billion.
